This year at Makaron a monthly produce festival will take place.
Each month a produce has been selected that will be the star for 30 days.
There will be an event with a tasting menu elaborated around the produce every first week of the month and thereafter a dish that will be showcased on our a la carte menu.
For February the produce is CHOCOLATE, the event will be combined with Valentine's day.
Next month's festival will be around GRANADILLA
